WHY DO I NEED TO VERIFY MY AGE?
The new FDA regulations on the Vaping Industry require us to verify that you are of legal age to purchase our products. We are complying with these new regulations through a verification processor AgeChecker.  Unfortunately, we can not fulfill or ship your order until you have verified through the AgeChecker processor.

WHAT IS AGECHECKER?
AgeChecker is our Age Verification processor, used to meet the new FDA regulations that have been placed on the Vaping Industry.  We realize that it sucks and are sorry that we now have to ask for this extra step of verification but it is legally required.  AgeChecker is highly secure and uses the highest SSL security available.  They do NOT store your ID images or any personally identifiable information once it is complete.

HOW DOES AGECHECKER WORK?
After completing your order you will be prompted to verify your age through a pop-up window by AgeChecker.  In most cases, you will not even need to upload pictures of your ID as long as AgeChecker can verify key details that you provide. You may be required to upload an image of your ID, which they will walk you through.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?
For domestic orders, please allow standard USPS delivery times for your package to arrive. International orders can vary quite a lot, we are currently doing international orders by request only; please send an email to ally@oregonvapor.com
ALL orders require a signature for receipt of an Adult (18+ / 21+ in CA) to be accepted upon arrival.

Shipping is calculated at checkout by how many bottles of liquid can fit in a box.

Small - 1-8 bottles
Medium - 9-16 bottles
Large - 16-50 bottles
60mL bottles:
Small - 1-6 bottles
Medium - 7-10 bottles
Large - 11-20 bottles

120mL bottles:
Small - 1-3 bottles
Medium - 4-6 bottles
Large - 7-10 bottles

Domestic (US Only):
Small - $6.98 priority shipping (2-3 days)
Medium - $12.70 priority shipping (2-3 days)
Large - $19.25 priority shipping (2-3 days)

International (Outside of the US):

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When the order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and your order details.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products we sell, we are unable to do refunds or exchanges for any item. If you are not satisfied with something, please feel free to contact us through our contact page.
