My personal customer service rep at Oregon vapor, Aly, goes above and beyond to make sure I receive my fluid in a timely fashion, emails me, always communicates with me. She is amazing. Ry5 is also the only fluid out there that I like. If it didn't exist, I wouldn't vape at all. Never stop making it! ;)
